Over the next few weeks Pastor Mike will help us to gain a better understanding on the topic of prayer as we begin a new series called, Pray…Like Never Before!

Today in part one of this series, we will take a look at the model prayer that Jesus used in response to the disciples’ request for Jesus to teach them how to pray.

The Lord’s Prayer

“Pray, then, in this way:

‘Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.’” Matthew 6:9-13 NASB
