We can have "Peace in the Pandemic" because the Lord is our Shepherd. As we continue today in Psalm 23 we will learn some of the basic requirements that are necessary for being a shepherd and how the Lord provides for his people as our Good Shepherd.
God said that He is the "I am." He is whatever we need…so, what is He to you? Is He your way maker, your soul-searcher, your strong and mighty tower? The list can go on and on. Today Pastor Mike will show how God can be our "Peace in the Pandemic" as we take a look at Psalm 23 that says, "The Lord is my Shepherd."
As we finish up the series, "Where to Turn When I'm All Stressed Out," Pastor Mike reminds us that if Christ is our purpose for living, then, with God's power joy can be experienced in every stressful situation. It's all in how you look at it.
God is all powerful, but we, in our own strength, are not. When we face stressful situations, we must realize that our source of strength comes through God's mighty power at work within us. In "Where to Turn When I'm All Stressed Out" part two, we will learn how to gain access to that power and trust God to help us when we are at our weakest.
