Every weekend hundreds of people come through our doors and we have the opportunity to serve them.
As a follower of Christ God has gifted you in a certain way for you to fit into and serve His body, the church. We want to help you find the place where you fit your God given design. That’s where you’ll be most happy and most effective.
Real Life Church has many areas where people can find their place to serve. We encourage you to “test drive” a ministry you may be interested in to see if it’s a good fit.
Click on the Volunteer button in the area you’re interested in serving in and follow the instructions to begin the process. A ministry director will be in touch with you after the completion of your application.
Are you a people person or have the gift of hospitality? We need you to serve by helping guests with parking, warmly assisting them with directions, setting up the coffee center or helping guests find a seat. We need you to make Real Life feel like home.
Do you have a burden to help those in our community see, know and hear about God’s love for them? Join us in showing kindness to nursing home residents, prisoners and people in our community. Sharing what God has done for you through your actions and your words. Maybe your burden is for the people in a foreign country like Haiti or Kenya. Join our teams who partner to share God’s love with these beautiful people.
Do you have the gift of overseeing a group of people and leading them to take their next steps with God? While hundreds gather at Real Life each week to worship and celebrate, it’s the friendship, fellowship and faithfulness of a small group that makes our church come alive for each individual. Join us in helping others get connected to experience real life!
Are you skilled at playing an instrument or singing or running sound/lights? Serve with us to provide a worshipful atmosphere that exalts Jesus in a multi-sensory way. These groups are by audition only and are subject to weekly rehearsals year-round.
Christ in Action (CIA) Ministers are members of Real Life who are specially trained to provide emotional and spiritual care to individuals facing a crisis or difficult situation. They demonstrate God’s love by coming alongside care receivers who need a little extra support.
Do you love seeing elementary age kids knowing and growing in Jesus? Kids need adults in their lives in addition to Mom and Dad who will listen to them and encourage them to do the right thing. Is that you?
The pre-teen years can be tough for kids and for Mom and Dad. Fifth and sixth graders don’t want to be with the “little kids” at church but also aren’t sure about hanging out with teenagers in the Student Ministry. We want to help bridge the gap for them spiritually and relationally.
