As we take a look at Joseph's life from the book of Genesis, we notice that if anyone had reason to complain of life being unfair, it would have been Joseph. He was sold as a slave by his brothers, falsely accused and imprisoned. In Ephesians 5, Paul communicates to husbands and wives as to how they are to treat each other. Husbands are to love their wives in the same way they love and care for their own bodies and wives should respect their husbands. As Pastor Mike wraps up this sermon series, "Redeeming the Time," he continues the idea of making the most of every opportunity by walking together in love and respect for one another in marriage.
Paul tells us in Ephesians to not get drunk with wine…but be filled with the Spirit…When we're walking in the Spirit we become more mindful of others and how our actions affect one another. Today we will continue our "Redeeming the Time" series where we will focus on walking in harmony.
